Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes IP/Country blocking (4 rules), redirect rules (4 rules), standard visitor analytics (first 200 visitors), and standard fraud order analysis. No credit card required.
How does yearly billing save 10%?
Choose yearly billing on any paid plan and you pay the equivalent of 10.8 months for 12 months of service — automatically applied at checkout.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Shopify Apps section at any time. Changes are prorated and effective immediately.
What is the difference between Enterprise and Shopify Plus plan?
Both share the same core features. Shopify Plus adds full checkout-level blocking (subtotal/email/customer/address/phone), broader auto-block coverage, fraud order analytics, and priority expert setup — designed for high-volume merchants on Shopify Plus.
Does the price include payment processing fees?
Yes. The monthly subscription is the only fee. There are no transaction fees, per-order charges, or hidden costs.
